M1: Kraftletics Neurology

This seminar weekend is part of the Module 1 package, where you will be working out and practicing as a participant of KRAFTLETICS classes and as a coach. This course aims to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the applied neurological principles that form the foundation of the KRAFTLETICS concept. Through practical exercises, you will develop the ability to deliver a wide range of neurocentric warm-ups to groups. Additionally, you will gain insights into how KRAFTLETICS aligns with the prevailing trends and demands of the current health and fitness market.
