This course offers valuable insights into the practical application of functional muscular and neuro-anatomy to diversify functional training exercises.  Learn to apply peripheral nerve anatomy to create more specific warm-up flows. Integrating movement primitives and diverse joint positions into group programming. Understanding the principle that there is no "perfect squat or lunge" but rather that each movement serves a purpose and depending on the purpose, we can apply muscle anatomy to get the most out of an exercise and condition the joints and tendons appropriately.

  • Tension & Relaxation a yin and yang relationship that is necessary for high quality and efficient movement. 

  • Reflexive Stability Review

  • Brain endurance concepts and how to integrate cognitive loading into cardiovascular training for great effectiveness.

  • Muscle Contractile Mapping and application in exercise variations to serve specific purposes that are relevant for real life and sport situations. 

  • Applied Nerve Mobilisations in movement flows and efficiently lead groups and teams

  • Joint Strength and Mapping in warm-up flows to increase motor learning.

  • Applied Strength in life and in sports, practicing and developing unique "functional training" exercises to improve specific sports movements. 

  • Threat Modulations in group training to develop better movement quality and power output.

  • Increasing load or intensity based on neurological demands
